We use that information to help you identify relevant itineraries. Depending on the route, an option may include a direct flight, a connecting flight, a round trip, or separate one-way journeys.

Review every itinerary carefully before paying. Check traveler names, airport codes, dates, local departure times, connecting airports, cabin class, baggage, and fare conditions. An inquiry, conversation, or displayed option is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when the required payment is accepted and the relevant provider issues a valid confirmation or ticket.

Pentagama does not claim access to every airline, fare, or exclusive inventory. Options may change while you review them. If an option becomes unavailable, you may need to consider another schedule, provider, or fare.

How to compare fares responsibly

Budget flight searches often show several fare categories. The lowest price may carry more restrictions than another option on the same route. A basic fare may limit advance seat selection, checked baggage, changes, upgrades, or refunds. A higher fare may include some of those services, although conditions vary by airline and itinerary.

Compare the expected total cost rather than just the first displayed price. Depending on the provider and itinerary, the final amount may include government taxes, airport fees, provider charges, baggage, seat selection, or optional services. Before buying, review the total payable and the applicable conditions. Pentagama does not guarantee that a quoted or displayed fare is the lowest available in the market.

Airfares are often dynamic and may change with availability, demand, route conditions, season, or provider updates. A previously viewed fare may become unavailable even for the same flight. Always confirm current availability and the final amount during the booking process.

Planning domestic and international flights

Domestic flights may offer direct or connecting options, multiple airports in the same region, and different baggage rules. Confirm the exact departure and arrival airports, especially in cities with more than one. Allow enough time for check-in, security, boarding, and ground transportation.

International flights require additional preparation. Each traveler should check passport validity, visa requirements, transit permissions, health documentation, and entry rules for every country on the itinerary. Changes, cancellations, and refund requests

Changes and cancellations are subject to the purchased fare rules and the airline or provider's policies. Some tickets allow changes after paying a fare difference or fee; others may be restricted or non-refundable. Names must match the identification document or passport that will be used. Even a small spelling error may require correction, and provider rules may limit changes after a ticket is issued. Check the full name, date of birth when requested, contact details, route, date, airport, and flight time before authorizing payment.

Also check whether times are shown in local time, whether there is an overnight connection, and whether the itinerary involves changing airports. Separate tickets carry additional risk because a provider may not take responsibility if a delay causes you to miss another separately booked flight. Allow enough connection time and confirm who handles baggage transfers at each stop.
